Nicolas Galan

VR Supervisor (Photogrammetry, Modelling, Volumetry, Programming)

Nicolas started his career in VFX in 1998 as R&D engineer in BUF Compagnie in Paris, where he developed in house software used in movies like Fight Club, Panic Room, Matrix 2 and 3, Batman Begins and Harry Potter 4.

In 2006, Nicolas moved to London to join The Mill as both R&D Engineer and TD artist, where he worked on VFX for commercials, TV series (Dr Who, Torchwood) and movies like Narnia 3.

Since 2009, he has been codeveloping high end photogrammetry software Enwaii (used in Hunger Games, The Crown) and creating VR experiences for companies like Sky, Google and France Televisions.
